歌手Rain（ピ）がソウル市江南区にある150億ウォン（約9億6800万円）台の商業ビルを購入したことが分かり、話題となっている。
あるメディアは27日、Rainが3カ月前にソウル市江南区清潭洞に位置する地上2階、地下1階建て、敷地面積1024平方メートルの商業ビルを購入したと報じた。
このビルの1坪（約3.3平方メートル）当たりの相場は5000万ウォン‐7000万ウォン（約320‐450万円）で、時価総額は最低でも150億ウォン台だという。
特にこの商業ビルはRainの前所属事務所、JYPエンターテインメントの社屋からわずか20メートルの距離にある。目と鼻の先に師匠であるパク・ジニョンと弟子Rainのビルが位置することになったというわけだ。
しかしRainの所属事務所ジェイチューン・エンターテインメントの関係者は、この件について肯定も否定もせず、コメントを控えている。
