Rain magnificently won the 2011 TIME 100 Reader’s Choice poll with more than half a million votes. Actor-singer Jay Chou came in a distant second.

After arriving at the Time 100 Gala, Rain tweeted, “The place I’ve come back to after 5 years…It’s a feeling I can’t describe with words! Back then, I thought my first time would be my last time but to think I came back! Maybe I’ll be able to come again in a few years? Anyways, thank you everyone..I’m going to the studio now.”

‘World star’ Rain recently headed off to the States to attend the “Time 100” gala on April 26th for the second time in five years.

세계에서 가장 영향력 있는 인물 100인에 선정된 인사들이 뉴욕 타임워너 빌딩에 모였습니다.

검정색 턱시도를 입은 가수 비가 등장하자 행사장은 여성 팬들의 환호로 술렁입니다.

레드카펫을 밟고 지나가기 힘들 정도로 취재 열기는 뜨거웠습니다.

지난 2006년에 이어 두 번째로 타임 100인에 선정된 비는 아껴준 팬들 덕분이라며 감사하다고 소감을 밝혔습니다.
