Singer/actor Rain recently greeted his fans over twitter after a long hiatus.

Rain tweeted on October 5th, saying, “Are our fans doing well? It’s been a while. I was overseas for a while and couldn’t tweet anything. Please show your love for Fugitive!!! Thank you always”

In a tweet following that, Rain shouted, “Our family 싼토끼/ssantokki!’” ‘Ssantokki’ (mountain rabbit) is a special nickname that he had shared with the fans. With his long absence from twitter, his fans were deprived of ’ssantokki’.

The fans replied with,

‘It’s been a while since I heard ssantokki. It’s really nice’

World star Rain said, "I feel proud to be Korean"

Rain posted on his Twitter on the morning of the 6th, "While my producer in U.S.A. and I were talking about the scenario of new film, the producer praised the wonderful taste of Korean cuisine. I am proud of Korea."

He added, "I'm proud of being Korean. Our country, the Republic of Korea, fighting! Kimchi, fighting! (cheer up!)"

'The Fugitive Plan B' and 'Mary Is Staying Out Overnight' have been sold at a higher price than 'Full House' or 'Daejangkum' which were sensationally popular in Taiwan.

In particular, 'The Fugitive Plan B' starring world star Rain (Jung Ji Hoon) has been sold at a high price which is more than two times than the highest one in history.

[06-Oct-10][Daily Hankook]Broadcasters in Taiwan and the Philippines have bought Fugitive rights

The Daily Hankook reported in their pages today that, not only will The Fugitive: Plan B be exported to the Philippines and Taiwan, but that those transactions have fetched the best show prices in history.

KBS Media, the affiliate in charge of KBS broadcasting and network sales overseas, is quoted as saying: “The Fugitive: Plan B includes gorgeous scenes that are rare even in movies and were filmed on location in Asian countries.  It includes a lot of material that satisfies Asian people, such as youthful love, action, and comedy.”

It is said that The Fugitive: Plan B and the show Mary Is Staying Out Overnight have both been sold at a higher price than either sensation Full House or Daejangkum, and that is pretty serious!  Rain’s Fugitive, in particular, has been sold at a price two times higher than the highest show in history to date.
