Tudtam, hogy ránézésre nem tűnök valami nagy számnak, a megjelenésem sem túl vonzó, de a bensőm elég rendkívüli. Minden színpadra lépés előtt azt mondom magamnak, hogy én vagyok a legjobb, és minden előadás után ugyanúgy azt, hogy nem én vagyok. Ezért minden fellépés előtt 120 százalékosan kell felkészülnöm, hogy az előadáson 100 százalékos teljesítményt tudjak nyújtani. Ennek érdekében minden álló nap folyamatosan képzem magam. Már nagyon hosszú ideje alváshiányban szenvedek, mert ha éppen nem dolgozom, akkor vagy edzek, vagy a koreográfiákat és a dalokat próbálom. Éppen úgy, mint a filmfelvételek idején, ha valamit nem csináltam jól, képtelen vagyok aludni. Akár színészként, akár énekesként, a legjobbat kell tudnom kihozni magamból. De nem kell aggódni, hogy most nincs elegendő időm az alvásra, jut arra majd bőven a halálom után. (Rain)

The day has finally come, my fellow Clouds. Our precious Rain, the King of Asian Pop, is leaving to valiantly fight for our country! Well, he won’t technically be fighting, but for the sake of this article, we’ll pretend that he’s courageously defending our land and leading his fellow soldiers into the victories of war! Oh Rain, you are our hero!
On a less dramatic note, Rain has just wrapped up the last shows of his final tour before heading into the military service. The superstar took to his Twitter to thank his fans for all the love, “For 10 years we held about 120 concerts, thank you for everyone that came. I love you.”
Rain will begin serving in the military on October 11. We’ll miss you, our beloved Bi!

On September 28th, world star Rain uploaded a cute selca of himself while shooting for a commercial through his Twitter.

Along with the attached photo, the star wrote, “I’m so exhausted.  I have so much to do, but so little time… I must work hard today as well.  This is the commercial studio.”

Looks like Rain is trying to wrap up his activities before  joining the army on October 11th.  Despite being extremely tired due to his busy schedule, he took the time to interact with fans by snapping a selca with a cute peace sign.  Fans were amazed to see his tall and muscular body which caused his shirt to stretch out leaving traces of his biceps and chest muscles.

Netizens who visited his site, commented, “Don’t overwork yourself…Health comes first~” and, “Wow, even your shirt can’t hide your muscles!”

On September 24 and 25, legendary singer Rain held the two final shows of his Rain: The Best Show nationwide concert tour — his last tour before his obligatory two-year enlistment in the military, which begins October 11.

Over 10,000 fans from all over Asia, Europe, and the rest of the world gathered at Seoul’s Bangyidong Olympic Gymnastics Hall to see their favorite world star put on his most passionate performances yet. With a packed set of Clouds’ favorite songs, opening with “Hip Song” and ending with a spectacular encore of “Instead of Saying Goodbye” (how fitting!), hours flew by like seconds and tears filled the stadium at the thought of two whole years without Rain onstage.

[28-Sep-11][CBS News]Rain will give his solo performance on Gangnam District's Dosan Grand Boulevard, Seoul, on October 9th.

Gangnam District in Seoul expressed on the 28th that they'll hold ‘the 5th Gangnam Fashion Festival‘ at COEX plaza, on Dosan Grand Boulevard, and others, from October1 to October 9.



October 1~3, 10am~8pm : Fashion market will be held at COEX plaza at 8pm.

October 2 : Costume Play contest, traditional Hanbok fashion show, and wedding dress fashion show, will be held.



The last night of the festival (October 9), world star Rain, a Publicity Ambassador for the district, will give his solo performance on Dosan Grand Boulevard, and it will start at 7:00pm and lasts for two hours.
