Exercising on an empty stomach helps you losing weights.
If you stretch or do yoga for about 20 minutes soon after you get up in the morning, you'll lose one kilo in weight a week.
And, eat brown rice in the morning, and take low-fat milk, cherry tomato, sweet pumpkin, sweet potato, etc. at lunchtime and supper. Also, eating small to medium serves of protein will help build strong and healthy bones and muscles, and you are advised to drink 3 liters of water a day. And it is good for your health.

[Pyo Ju Yeol] : Nice to meet you.
[Rain] : When did you decide to become a music critic?
[Pyo Ju Yeol] : Actually, I was heavily influenced by my senior who has been a music critic for 20 years. And I was able to be a singer, but I had to join the army and so I had no choice but to give up being a singer.
[Rain] ; However, you are in reputation as an excellent music critic.
[Pyo Ju Yeol] : Thank you.

(1) Lee Hi's Ƈ,2,3,4'
[Pyo Ju Yeol] : 'Lee Hi' participated in Epik High's album as a chorus singer, and recently she was a second place in a TV audition.
This song Ƈ,2,3,4' which has a simple, retro & soul-style melody and which appears on her debut album, has swept all the music charts.
[Rain] : I think she sings souls like singer 'Amy Winehouse' and puts you in a similar mood.

(2)Romantic Punch's 'Mayday Mayday',
[Pyo Ju Yeol] : This indie band has tried various genres of music in their solo albums. They mimicked popular singer 'Prince's 'Purple Rain' almost perfectly, which attracted the attention.
[Rain] : As 'Pyo Ju Yeol' said, I think 'Romantic Punch' and 'Prince' have uncannily similar voices. I think their singing skills are great.
[Pyo Ju Yeol] : It is said they've shown little symptom of relaxing their hold on stage.

(3)Macy Gray's Covered.
[Pyo Ju Yeol] : As 'Macy Gray' has performed songs of various genres while participating in nearly every aspect of music, she has become a veteran singer.
[Rain] ; She's got a very distinctive voice.[Pyo Ju Yeol] : She has a very husky voice although she is a woman.
[Rain] : Her voice seems to reflect her years of experience.

(4) Magna Fall's Gear Boy.
[Pyo Ju Yeol] : 'Magna Fall' is a multinational band, and they made their debut as singers in a music club located near Hongik University in 2011.
They are increasing their scope of activities by beginning working in Japan, UK, etc.

[Rain]: I'm afraid today is 'Pyo Ju Yeol's last day of work here.
We've worked with 'Pyo Ju Yeol' for about three months, but I'm sorry to have to part with him. I appreciate what he's done so far.

His pride seems to be much marred by her present position and all the recent changes in her life, but I think he needs to get it off his chest to mend his fences with her.
[KCM] I hope her to know how to be sensitive to his feelings in advance.

[Rain] : When I was having a financial difficulty at that time when I was a freshman at college, my ex-girlfriend was always considerate of me, not hurting my pride. She used to give her wallet itself to me even when I drank alcohol with my friends, but I started to accept it as inevitable. (laughs)
[Kim So Jung] : I think she was a very nice woman.
[Rain] : Actually, I really like to get something. (laughs)

[Rain] : I drop correspondence with such friends, avoiding them. I think true friends try to understand each other, and there are quite a number of friends who have been on terms of intimacy with me.
I can't stand it whenever people get together, they pass the time talking behind others' back.
[KCM] : On the contrary, my friends always urges me to change myself.
[Rain] : KCM is such a nice guy, and he is as strong as an ox. (laughs)

And, he has his own strong ideas and principles, but his biggest problem is that after trying a bite of food, he always sticks the broken one in the refrigerator. (laughs)

If he doesn't have anything particular in his values which can affect her life, she needs to put the decision in the deep freeze, and I think she should also need to self-examine herself.

[Kim So Jung] : If I were in her position, I wouldn't marry him because I believe in fateful love.
[Rain] : That's the right answer! If she doesn't contemplate her future, she may regret it in the future.
Also, when a man seduces a woman, she should resign herself to her fate, (laughs) but most of women are prone to chuck away such great opportunities. (laughs)
[KCM] : Men approach women intentionally, while women want to meet men by destiny. (laughs)
[Rain] : As you know, a man is a man, you wolf or cobra. (laughs)
