Singer and actor Rain had a surprise meeting with Mark Webber, German Grand Prix Winner, to promote his hollywood leading movie Ninja Assassin.

Rain's agent J.Tune entertainment expressed on the 24th, "Rain attended the shooting in Singapore, being invited from the organizers of '2009 Formula1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix’ to be held in the country."

This program named 'F1 Rocks' is an entertainment news to be aired on the 26th before the commencement of '2009 Formula1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix’ on the 27th.

During this shooting, Rain visited 'Chinese and Japanese Gardens' which is the most famous monument in Singapore, and played a fighting scene with Mark Webber, 2008 German Grand Prix Winner, over Formula1 ticket.

touched down at about 5.15am. The singer-actor is in town to film a
short segment for the F1 Rocks show. 

The three-day music festival, which begins at Fort Canning tonight,
will be recorded and repackaged as two music and entertainment shows
that will air in more than 140 countries. 

Also expected in town to host the show is Hollywood actress Lindsay
Lohan, 23. The concert boasts headliners from both the East and the
West, including Beyonce, Black Eyed Peas, A*mei and Jacky Cheung.

Rain to participate in Singapore F1 event with world stars like Beyonce 


 


Singer Rain will be participating for car racing F1 (Formula 1) with world star Beyonce.

Coming 27th September, ‘2009 F1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix’ will take place in Singapore. And Rain will be amongst the crowd of artistes at the event like Lindsay Lohan, No Doubt, Black Eyed Peas etc.

It is said that Rain will also be promoting his upcoming Hollywood film ‘Ninja Assassin’ set to air in November over in Singapore.


Rain will be appearing on various media broadcast shows in Singapore like ‘F1 Rocks’. Also, he will be making a visit to ‘Chinese and Japanese Garden’. He will also be interacting with the winner of 2008 Grand Prix Mark Webber.

Rain in Singapore to record F1 Rocks Segment



Not the real rain but Korean superstar, Rain has arrived in Singapore quietly and unnoticed where he will participate in the recording of a short segment for the F1 Rocks show, a music festival sideshow to the F1 Singapore Grand Prix which is taking place from 25 - 27th September.

The 3-day music festival begins tonight, 24th September and will continue on 25 - 26th September before the actual race on 27th September at Fort Canning Park. Rain touched down in Singapore on 23rd September at 5.15am and was seen in casual clothing and wearing a cap. Besides recording for F1 Rocks, Rain's hectic schedule also includes a visit to the Chinese and Japanese Gardens, an interview with F1 driver Mark Webber, Ninja Assassin promotions, etc.




As this was strictly a business trip, Rain will not be meeting his fans in Singapore and will be back in Seoul on the 24th.
