Rain Accused of Embezzlement

The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office said Wednesday it had opened an investigation into the singer, whose real name is Jung Ji-hoon, as he was listed among eight people that a 52-year-old man recently filed a petition against for embezzlement.
In the petition, the man, identified only by his surname Lee, claimed he had invested two billion won ($1.79 million) in a fashion firm, J.Tune Creative in 2008, which he claims was owned by Rain, and then sustained significant losses as a result of account book manipulation.
"They cooked the books and embezzled two billion won," the petitioner said in a statement. A prosecutor familiar with the case said, "The investigation is in its early stages."
But the prosecutor did not rule out the possibility of the singer being summoned for questioning, if deemed necessary.
Rain's management agency denied the allegation.
"Rain has nothing to do with the case," J.Tune Entertainment said in a statement. The agency is associated with the fashion company. "Rain was just a model for the company, not a manager."가수 비 횡령혐의로 피소
서울중앙지방검찰청은 수요일 이(52) 모씨가 횡령혐의로 고소한 가수 비 (본명 정지훈)와 그 밖의 7명에 대한 수사를 착수했다고 밝혔다.
이씨는 소장에서 2008년 비가 설립한 패션업체인 제이튠 크리에이티브사에 20억 원을 투자했지만 회계장부 조작으로 상당한 손손실을 입었다고 주장했다.
이씨는 "그들이 회계장부를 속여 20억원을 횡령했다"고 밝혔다.
한 검찰은 "아직 수사 초기 단계 중"이라고 간단하게 말했다. 그러나 검찰은 필요하면 심문을 위해 비를 소환할 가능성을 배제하지 않았다.
비의 소속사측은 그 간은 혐의를 부인했다. 제이튠 엔터테인먼트는 성명에서 "비는 이 사건과 전혀 관련이 없다. 이 소속사는 패션사와 연관이 있다. "비는 그 회사의 모델이었을 뿐이지 경영인이 아니다"

For body shaping diet, Rain said “After I brushed my teeth, I would watch the old clips of my dance on stage; on the other hand, I suppress the feeling of hungry. It reminds me why I have to take diet, and it motivate me effectively” Also, Rain said “Water helps rid of body waste, it can reduce your eating, so drink more water”

가수 비가 "정신적인 고통에 극단적인 생각을 해 본 적이 있다"고 털어놨다.비는 최근 KBS 2TV '승승장구' 녹화에서 할리우드 영화 '닌자어쌔신' 촬영을 위해 외국에 머무르던 중 외롭고 힘들던 당시를 떠올렸다.
비는 "난 내 자신에게 관대하지 못한 편이다. 스스로 달달 볶는 스타일"이라며 "영화 출연 역시 기회가 왔을 때 나태해져서는 안 된다고 생각했다. 그 기회를 스스로 저버리면 용서가 안 된다. 날 시험하기 위해 일부러 매니저도 없이 혼자 암흑가에 5평 남짓한 단칸방을 렌트해 생활했다"고 말했다.
이어 "몸매 관리 때문에 마음껏 먹지도 못하고 로봇처럼 살다보니 정신적인 스트레스가 컸다. 그러다보니 극단적인 선택을 하고픈 생각도 들더라"고 덧붙였다.
비는 "외로운 마음을 달래기 위해 한국 방송을 봤다. 크리스마스날 MBC '무한도전'에서 재석이 형이 캐롤을 부르는 모습을 보며 눈물이 났다"고 회상했다.
비는 몸을 만들 때 먹고 싶은 음식을 참는 방법에 대해 "양치질을 하고 과거 무대 위에서 멋지게 춤추는 영상 등을 보며 참는다. 왜 참아야 하는지에 대한 동기 유발에 효과가 있다"며 "또 물을 많이 마시면 이뇨작용이 활성화돼 먹을 걸 안 먹고 싶게 되더라"고 귀띔했다.

Meanwhile, ratings for the program 'Win Win Show' where Rain appeared was unusually high with a 12.2 percent viewing rate, passing 'SBS TV's popular show program 'Strong Herat' (10.7%) aired at the same time, for the first time. 가수 비(본명 정지훈)가 패션 사업과 관련된 20억원 대 소송에 휘말린 사실이 뒤늦게 알려졌다.
서울중앙지검 조사부에 따르면 투자자 이 모(52)씨는 "2008년 2월 의류제조 및 판매를 목적으로 ㈜제이튠크리에이티브에 20억 원을 투자했다가 손해를 봤다"고 주장하며 이 사업에 직간접적으로 연관된 비와 주주 8명을 횡령 및 배임 혐의로 4월6일 고소했다.
검찰은 이번 고소 사건이 유명 연예인을 내세워 투자를 유인한 뒤 투자금을 빼돌리고 단기간에 폐업하는 사기 사건으로 보고 이 씨 등을 불러 조사할 것으로 알려졌다.
하지만 검찰측은 "아직은 고소인의 일방적인 주장이라 할 수 있다. 4월6일 고소장이 제출된 후 본격적인 수사를 준비하고 있으므로 비에게 직접적인 혐의가 있는지는 수사를 해봐야 알 수 있다"고 밝혔다.
이에 관련해 비의 소속사 제이튠엔터테인먼트 측은 "지금 사건의 자초지종을 확인 중에 있다. 추후 상황에 대해 입장을 밝히겠다"라고 전했다.
