Tudtam, hogy ránézésre nem tűnök valami nagy számnak, a megjelenésem sem túl vonzó, de a bensőm elég rendkívüli. Minden színpadra lépés előtt azt mondom magamnak, hogy én vagyok a legjobb, és minden előadás után ugyanúgy azt, hogy nem én vagyok. Ezért minden fellépés előtt 120 százalékosan kell felkészülnöm, hogy az előadáson 100 százalékos teljesítményt tudjak nyújtani. Ennek érdekében minden álló nap folyamatosan képzem magam. Már nagyon hosszú ideje alváshiányban szenvedek, mert ha éppen nem dolgozom, akkor vagy edzek, vagy a koreográfiákat és a dalokat próbálom. Éppen úgy, mint a filmfelvételek idején, ha valamit nem csináltam jól, képtelen vagyok aludni. Akár színészként, akár énekesként, a legjobbat kell tudnom kihozni magamból. De nem kell aggódni, hogy most nincs elegendő időm az alvásra, jut arra majd bőven a halálom után. (Rain)

The production team of the new drama “Fugitive” held their first press conference in Macau on August 24.

The main actors from the show: Rain, Lee Na-young, Daniel Henney, Lee Jung-jin and Yun Jin-seo attended the conference. There were about 60 local reporters gathered at the event.A representative from the drama’s production team explained:

“Despite the tight shooting schedule, the Hong Kong and Macau media just wouldn’t let Rain leave. That’s why we decided to open this meeting.”

I guess the Chinese media love Rain and Korean dramas very much!

PD 'Kowak Jung-Howan' is very sure of himself before the release of 'Runaway' which is without doubt late 2010's most anticipated drama, scheduled to be aired on KBS 2TV at the end of September.

In an international telephone call with Star News, 'Kowak Jung-Howan' currently filming the drama in Macau told us, "We don't fit 'Runaway' only under the rule of Korean drama. We do regard this drama as an Asian project.", which is the ascription of meaning to the press conference promoting Runaway that successfully took place in Macau last 24th.

Continuing, "it is not to be exported abroad due to its high ratings, but challenge to found out how much of Korean drama's capabilities are represented in Asia beyond just the exports."


He added, "There was originally a request to hold a press conference from China, but we were in an unavoidable situation where we were so busy that we didn't have time to do it. There has also been a request from the Philippines that will be the next shooting location. We plan to hold a press conference too if the situation permits."


With an all star cast from home and abroad, Runaway is the center of attention and has become extremely popular locally and abroad, starring Rain who is not only the best star domestically but also a worldwide famous actor getting to star in a hollywood film.

Press Event Held for ‘The Fugitive: Plan B’ in Macau

The soon-to-be-released drama “The Fugitive: Plan B” is drawing great attention not only in Korea but also in Asia with its star-studded cast. A press event for the show was held in Macau on August 24 at the fervent request from the local media.


Some 60 reporters from 40 media outlets flocked to the event attended by director Gwak Jung-hwan and cast stars Rain, Daniel Henney, Lee Jung-jin, Lee Na-young and Yun Jin-seo.

Particularly enthusiastic interest was given to Rain, a global star who has made his name in Hollywood as well as Korea, with a surge of camera flashes going off as he was introduced.

A source at the event said that most of the reporters were excited to see the stars in person. “I felt proud to see how popular and sought-after Korean stars are,” he added.

“The Fugitive: Plan B” is written by Chun Seung-il, who is once again to work with director Kwak after their recent mega-hit KBS2 drama “The Slave Hunters.” It will succeed “Bread, Love and Dreams” in late September.
