You should complete the Cafe Activities to become a member of Cloud 10th for a month.
*What are the Cafe Activities:
1. You will become a sprout member if you join a member of
cafe.naver.com/officialcloud.cafe.
2. For the first 15 days, you should write 5 posts, 10 replies to other’s posts, and
10 attendance mentions on Checking Attendance in GREETING, FREE BOARD
after that you will be a Diligence Cloud automatically through a system of Cafe Naver.
3. For last 15 days after being a Diligence Cloud, you should write 6 posts,
12 replies to other’s posts, and 12 attendance mentions on Checking Attendance
in GREETING, FREE BOARD again after that you will be a member of Cloud 10th
automatically through a system of Cafe Naver.
*Membership Fee: None
( You will pay to entry fee if we will take place "Fan Meeting" during Cloud 10th period )
*Membership Period: From after becoming the member of Cloud 10th in Cafe Naver for Cloud,
until the recruitment of Cloud 11th.
*Special provision for official Cloud 10th :

# The company will offer you a notice later when and how it will be used.

(If the fan meeting is organized during Cloud 10thperiod)
*Matters of attention when joining:
- First, you must become a member at the Cafe Naver for Cloud individually.
- After Cafe Activities for first 15 days, a Diligence Cloud is not a member of Cloud 10th.
- You can become a member of Cloud 10th after Cafe Activities for last 15days for a month.
After all activities for one month, you can write “REQUEST MEMBERSHIP UPGRAD.”
- You will not be able to join the Fan Club again if you choose to withdraw
from cafe.naver.com/officialcloud.cafe or you give up doing Cafe Activities within a month.
All informations submitted will be used solely for 10thCloud membership informations purposes, and will not be released outside for anyother purposes.

GUIDE 1
| ----Guide to apply for Cloud 10 at Naver Cafe---- |  huhuhuhu |
With the recruitment of Cloud 10, the official Cloud site will also be moved to Naver Cafe. This is because the current Cloud site is too out dated, making system upgrade, improvement, maintenance etc. very difficult, if not impossible. Therefore the current site will eventually be closed, and the Cloud new home will be at Naver Cafe.
Notice for Cloud 10 recruitment
You need to apply for Cloud 10 membership at http://cafe.naver.com/officialcloud.cafe
Here is the step by step guide to apply and become a full Cloud 10 member.
I. The first thing you need to do is to join Naver and register a Naver ID If you already have a Naver ID, please go directly to step II.
Register Naver ID from your mobile phone is quite easy. English version is available so all you need is to go to naver.com, and do the necessary sign up. If you need help with this please email to raincloudworld@gmail.com.
II. Once you have your Naver ID, you can click the link and apply to join 10th Cloud: http://cafe.naver.com/officialcloud.cafe
Please note it may take a day for so before your application is approved. Before that, you will not be able to enter the Cloud Cafe.
This means your application is being processed. Normally the system approves all applications within the day, (this was the case when we checked the system), but apparently some fans did not get same day approval. Please allow some time before you enter the Cloud Cafe again.
III When your application is approved, you will become a sprout member and you will be able to enter into 3 main areas in the Cloud Cafe: NOTICE, GREETING, FREE BOARD. Now you need to complete the required tasks within 15 days after you become a sprout member.
1. 10 times attendance check. In the GREETING area you can see the CHECKING ATTENDANCE room. Go into that room for at least 10 days and issue a simple post, such as “Sign in”. The system will log your attendance automatically.
2. Write 5 posts. You can write your post in any room within the FREE BOARD area: Korean Talk, Japanese Talk, Chinese Talk, English Talk etc. and in whatever language you prefer. You can share news about Rain and there is no need to upload any photo or video. Or you can just write a short post like “Glad to join 10th Cloud. Happy to be here” “Welcome to the Cloud 10 family”, “Rain, love and support you forever”….. etc. Again the system will log your posts automatically.
3. Write 10 comments/replies. All you need to do is to leave comments to others’ posts. If you really have nothing to say, a “thank you for sharing” would be fine.
Please make sure you fulfil the required tasks within the 15 day period, and you will be upgraded to Diligent Cloud.
IV. When you become a Diligent Cloud, you will need to go through the same process within 15 days. You need to sign in your attendance for 12 days, write 6 posts and leave 12 comments/replies.
When this is done, you will become an official 10th Cloud.
The system will upgrade you to 10th Cloud automatically if you complete the tasks, so there is no need to request to upgrade. However, if you think you should be upgraded but you were not, you can post any question or query in the REQUEST MEMBERSHIP room.

You can register from your PC or your phone, but you will need the phone in every case. Do not be surprised if just Korean text comes across on your computer, just remain brave and follow the instructions. 😆 You can download the Naver application to your phone, it will detect your IP address, and if you are lucky, it will change automatically to English :)

We all know there are two stages to become an official 10th Cloud
Stage 1. From sprout cloud to diligence cloud.
Stage 2. From diligence cloud to official 10th Cloud
Each stage has a period of 15 days before you can be upgraded. As an example, if you joined the Cloud cafe on 23 August, you became a sprout cloud automatically. You will be upgraded to diligence cloud after 15 days (between 6 September to 8 September assuming some time zone differences), provided you have completed all the required tasks.
Similarly, once you are a diligence cloud, you will need to wait for another 15 days to be upgraded to official 10th Cloud, again, provided you complete all the required tasks.
The system will automatically upgrade you from sprout cloud to diligence cloud, and from diligence cloud to official 10th Cloud. There is no need to write a request for membership upgrade.
Please note that even if you have completed all the required tasks before the 15 day period in each stage, you will not be upgraded earlier. The 15 day period applied regardless when you completed your tasks. Some sprout clouds may have been upgraded erroneously to diligence cloud, and from diligence cloud to official 10th Cloud. These are now all rectified.
To reiterate, there is NO NEED to request for membership upgrade. The system will do the upgrade automatically. However if you discovered that you should be upgraded but was not, please then send your request at the REQUEST MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE room. It would greatly reduce the work load of the staff if you only send in requests for such purpose only.

WARNINGS:
Some fans faced this problem: they didn't receive the Naver code to their phones. In this case (or if you have other problem), please try to change your ID name (nickname) and/or your password. It seemed there is strict requirement on these two.
So maybe your
- nickname or password is wrong, try changing them (don't have duplicate characters, etc.)
or perhaps
- the dial-up country dialing code is not selected from the drop-down menu, repeat it in this way, don't type in them.
Don't forget to tick the small box/boxes about your agreements!
Some fans have problem with phone but OK on PC.
So maybe your
